My Video Portfolio

26.2 Electric Run

This is an update for an ongoing project. The Electric Run is a 5K run for charity. They provide an extremely fun, exciting, and energetic atmosphere by encorporating techno dance music and amazing light shows!

Holliston K9 Pet Fair
and Paws Walk

A cute vodeo for a charity group to fund a local Police K9 unit. A verry nice day, with many four legged friends being simply adorable.

The One Run

A short piece for a project I am currently producing. It revolves around the bombing of the 2013 Boston Marathon, and my personal journey training for the 2014 Boston Marathon.

My City

An early piece, created as a project for a class at Emerson College. I wanted to give the impression of being in a situation (in this case the city) but not quite being part of it. All of the photography featured is my own and was taken specifically for this video, and the black and white figure is various images of me.

Basement Holodeck

Another project I worked on while at Emerson College. The piece is of me practicing martial arts in a virtual reality room, located in my basement. I wanted to create a contrast between the very dingy, basic setting and the technology that creates the virtual targets. The point was to show my ability to merge live action video and animated special effects.

Blind Luck

My final Project at Emerson College. Based on a concept I had a while ago for a graphic novel, the names are of the main characters. The goal was to display a cohesive combination of 2D and 3D rendered effects. I used Adobe After Effects and Maya to accomplish this.

BPQ

Client: Boston Public Quartet

Boston Public Quartet is a nonprofit teaching classical music to inner city children. I became involved with them and offered to create a short video helping to explain what the program is about. I was able to capture incredibly genuine moments, and interview some great kids.

Ordo Virtutum

Client: Cappella Clausura

I was approached by a small opera performance group called Cappella Clausura. They wanted a two camera video of a performance. I worked extensively with the opera's director to create a finished product that expressed her vision. The total project was over two hours long, this is a short preview I edited together.

Wyutex Oil

Client: Brown Cow Studios

I was contracted by another local videographer to create several an animations helping him to explain the process of drilling for oil. I met with Fred Pagano from Brown Cow Studios, where he explained what he was looking for, and the basics of the process I would be describing. I created the opening sequence and the cross section animations, all from scratch using Motion.
